We had an absolutely wonderful lobster dinner prepared by On Island Chefs. Michael Caffrey made sure every detail was taken care of, even the most trivial. Everything went like a charm- there were ten of us with one, and unbeknownst to us, being allergic to shellfish. Michael was able to switch the order at the last minute and saved our party. The lobsters where done perfectly and the one halibut streak was the best my guest had ever experienced. The sides were traditional for a Nantucket lobster dinner and were delicious. And again, the attentiveness of Michael and his staff were great. We ate out often during our two weeks on the island and no dinner was comparable to what Island Chefs provided for us. Highly recommended.
